These Terms of Use govern your use of the Wellness Guardian mobile application and related services.
1. Service Overview
Wellness Guardian helps users complete daily check-ins, manage trusted contacts, and receive reminder and escalation notifications when check-ins are missed.
2. Subscriptions
Wellness Guardian offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features such as multiple trusted contacts and email/SMS fallback alerts.
Subscription billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
3. Apple Standard EULA
Wellness Guardian uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): Apple Standard EULA
4. No Emergency Service
Wellness Guardian is not an emergency service, medical device, or substitute for emergency response. If a person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.
5. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, reminder settings, and trusted contact information. You should only add trusted contacts who have consented to receive alerts from you.
